Scarlet fever seems to really be catching hold in Hollywood. First we saw Khloe Kardashian dye her brown locks red, then Drew Barrymore followed suit, and now it looks like the latest auburn convert is Gossip Girl’s own Blake Lively. While we’ve come to know Blake as the quintessential California blonde bombshell, last night she flipped the script when she debuted her flaming red hair at a Time Magazine Party in New York City. Obviously, her new strawberry blonde mane won’t fly for Serena Van Der Woodsen, but the actress has stated that it’s for a role—2012’s Hick. Of course, with the Met Gala this Monday, we can only imagine what Anna’s pet will wear with her new Little Mermaid-like ‘do.
