London Doesn’t Just Make Princesses, It Makes Loafers We Love, Too

red-by-wolves
When you find a pair of flats that fit, you want to stock up: one in each color, a dressy set for specials days, and a printed pair for good measure. Lo and behold, London label Red By Wolves has just come up with the goods so you can fill the empty spaces — if they exist — on your shoe racks. Practicing traditional shoemaking techniques (alongside love and matrimony), Lena Lipp and her beau, Gerard LeCain, reference classic Brit style with attention to detail, as well as high-quality leather and suede.
Satiating our appetites for the perfect summer loafer, Red by Wolves is the result of Lipp's training under bespoke shoe designers (cough, Alexander McQueen shoe dept, cough, Jonathan Kelsey for Mulberry). Her rich background has clearly paid off, as design variety in the line spans as far as buckled boots, monochrome brogues, and even pony-skin sneakers.
