Record Label Kitsune’s Fall Fashion Line Is Music To Our Eyes

Yes, French company Kitsuné is expert at rooting out and releasing dance-y, infectious gems (Two Door Cinema Club, we’re looking at you), but its latest lookbook for ladies is putting some serious emphasis on the company’s fashion chops. Women’s fall '11 is a study in subtle updates to the classics—think a two-toned A-line skirt in army green and navy blue, fuzzy gray button-ups, blazers with contrast piping, and the warmest-looking cream winter jacket topped with a silky black collar. Inspired by the dudes who frequented NYC’s Madison Avenue in the '60s, the collection feels less borrowed-from-the-boys and more something-all-our-own. While we may just be gnawing at the edge of summer, this cold-weather lookbook kind of has us wishing it just weren’t so.
