Christian Lacroix, French couturier who's known for his over-the-top gowns and elaborate accessories, treads into unlikely territory with a sneaker collection for sports brand Gola. We always imagined this is what a Lacroix sneaker would look like, and lo and behold, we were right. The designer was given carte blanche by the company (what is this, a film noir?), so, in typical Lacroix style, he went all out. Shiny gold embossing, bright blue finish, and other flashy details await the man or woman who's willing to shell out $250-$310 for the shoes. But what do you think, readers?
