What would be your biggest piece of advice to someone pursuing fashion design?
"Don’t give up! Don’t get discouraged! Intern! Make connections! It’s a competitive industry, like so many others. So, you have to stay driven and focused!"

What are some of your goals for the future, professional or personal?
"Professionally, I am always looking at ways to expand the business. I started a line with QVC this year called RP by Rachel Pally, which has been exciting. Personally, my man and I will eventually want to start a family. But right now I'm focused on the here and now!"
