Big, shiny, sparkly things. They…can distract us...for…a long time. So, when we arrived at the Jason Wu show yesterday and were greeted with this chandelier, it was, well, a challenge to focus on much else.
The floor-to-ceiling, glistening lighting fixture, as well as the huge ballroom and super-high ceilings, made us feel like Alice in Wonderland after she drinks the shrinking potion. Thankfully, we appreciate that kind of living-in-a-fantasy feeling and were at least able to take our heads out of the clouds and eyes off the chandelier (sorta) when the models finally hit the runway.
