de Santos, one of our fave date-spots in the West Village (trust, we've romanced a man or two in the cozy garden), is introducing a weekend brunch starting tomorrow. Chef Aldo Alo has whipped up some dishes like brioche french toast with sliced banana and maple syrup and grilled artic char with yellow squash, zucchini, couscous and saffron broth that are guaranteed to get us into the gym come Monday. Bonus points to the re-design by Jay Bearden, the decorating dude behind Freemans, which has lured the likes of Sienna Miller and Victor Glemaud. And you know we're always looking out for you.
