Have you heard about pre-poo but never knew what the hell anyone was talking about? As a note, the pre-poo should be performed with dry hair, as it helps to untangle it much better than when you're hair's already wet. Here are three of our favorite recipes.

Coconut Pre-Poo
4 tbsp coconut milk
2 tbsp honey
3 tbsp of your favorite oil

Olive Oil Pre-Poo
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp castor oil
4 drops tea tree oil

Yogurt
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp virgin coconut oil
1 tbsp of pure honey

To apply, divide your hair into sections; detangle the hair with a wide-tooth comb or your fingers. Spread the mixture on each section, and when you're done, put a cap. Wait about 15 to 30 minutes and rinse with warm water.
