If you weren’t at Polyvore, what would you be doing?
"Before I worked at Polyvore, I worked at Chronicle Books as a publishing design fellow and then designer in the marketing and communications department. I will always be interested in publishing and the tactile book. I try to align my working life with my creative life so that the eight-plus hours I spend at work fulfill my creative needs. Some interests that I would like to pursue include processing, more interactive and motion design, and more collaborative projects with my friends."
What do you think is the most exciting part about the intersection of fashion and tech?
"One of Polyvore’s goals is to democratize fashion. Polyvore not only provides a platform to make fashion, art, and design more accessible, but it also harnesses the power of our community to identify the latest trends and to take the collective pulse of what consumers are interested in. Polyvore makes fashion less exclusive and empowers our members to express themselves creatively."
