One of the most surprisingly popular items on Pinterest? Rugs! When a bold and brilliant pattern is (literally) at our feet, we're in heaven, so we suppose it makes sense. And once we figured this out, we found ourselves scouting woven goods on pinboards far and wide.
It didn't take long to discover design dream team Doug and Gene Meyer, once our quest for amazing rugs was underway. Gene worked under Geoffrey Beene for 11 years, earning two CFDA awards for his own collections, and Doug was just named by as one of the top 70 Designers in the World by Architectural Digest.
