Ready for Take-off: Wren's Fashion Week Pic Party
We all heart Wren designer Melissa Coker, here. So much so, we demanded she share her private Fashion Week moments with us. Well, not so private. But still, you didn't see these in WWD!

"Sarah Sophie Flicker, Julia Restoin-Roitfeld, and Karen Elson all in Wren on the set of Another 3 Women, the video series which marked the debut of Wren's spring/summer '09 collection and premiered the night of the presentation."

"Keith Gonzales, my casting director, with his assistant, Max. It's Labor Day…no rest for the wicked."

"A casting pic of Evelina ay Supreme. Obsessed. She looks like a young Yoko Ono on her card...and that hair. Sigh. Amazing."

"Working from my room at the Bowery Hotel on the day of the fitting/hair/makeup tests. That's Kusum Lynn on the left, she styled the show and was wonderful to work with. Ramona is next to her, she did the hair for Bumble & bumble. She is seriously amazingly talented and had the best shirt on to boot. There's Anouck (hidden) working on the makeup. She's a longtime friend and generous and lovely spirit."

"Just unloaded the shoes for the presentation. Loads and loads of Repettos in all sorts of colors and fabrications. Very fun to work with them."

"The show's about to start. That's the director of Another 3 Women, Alia Raza, and I. We've been friends since the '90s when we were roommates while I was going to NYU."

"A girl after my own heart. Sarah with her video."

"Me and the models...I had hair envy!"

"End of night, my boyfriend, Chris Vasell, and I. He came out from LA to be there for this. Sweet, no?"

"Back home!"
