Tibetan House Benefit Concert: Lou Reed, Philip Glass, Antony, Laurie Anderson, James Blake, Das Racist, Tim Fain, Stephin Merrit, Rahzel, Dechen Shak-Dagsay, Carnegie Hall Isaac Stern Auditorium, Starting at $33
Proof that a good cause brings everyone together, tonight’s Tibetan House Benefit Concert features one of the most eclectic lineups we’ve ever seen play Carnegie Hall. From the incomparable Philip Glass, to the post-dubstep of James Blake, to the wisecracking rappers in Das Racist, there’s truly something for everyone.
Monday, February 13, 7:30 pm, Carnegie Hall Isaac Stern Auditorium, 881 7th Ave, New York (between 56th and 57th); (212) 247-7800.

Sleigh Bells, Wet Witch, Black Bananas, Terminal 5, $20
Alexis Krauss and Derek E. Miller are on their way to releasing the follow up to 2010’s noise pop opus Treats (fittingly titled Reign of Terror). If loud-as-hell guitar mixed with bubble gum pop is what you want, then Sleigh Bells deliver better than anyone else. This could get sweaty.
Friday, February 17, 7 p.m., Terminal 5, 610 West 56th Street (between 11th and 12th Aves.); 212-582-6600.
Zola Jesus, Liturgy, Talk Normal, Webster Hall, $15
One of the most arresting voices in avant-pop, Zola Jesus brings her mix of industrial beats, dark atmosphere, and unbridled vocal power to Webster Hall. Along for the ride are controversial black metal dudes Liturgy, whose pummeling, complex music defies and transcends genre classificiation. Should be a great show, as long as Zola Jesus remembers her bear claw.
Saturday, February 18, 6 p.m., Webster Hall, 125 East 11th Street (between 3rd and 4th avenues); 212-353-1600.
