Photographer Pete Miszuk has single-handedly brought new life—and fashion feel—to an otherwise dull office supply: the scanner. First, he scanned the items in his friends' purses and closets (one of said friends happened to be our fave editor Kate Lanphear, Style Director of Elle), and now he's gone big time, scanning the merch for the new Urban Outfitters Spring '09 catalogue. The photos are part Man Ray photogram, part airport security X-ray cam, and all around cool lookin'. We love it when just haphazardly throwing your stuff together can magically look chic and fun.
