Everything You Eat At This NYC Restaurant Is Also A Beauty Product

We like food. We like beauty products. So, we really like Park Avenue, an Upper East Side restaurant that's combining the two in a very delicious way. Each season the eatery switches up their menu (and name—there's Park Avenue Summer, Park Avenue Winter, etc.), and offers unique menu items curated by public arts organization Creative Time. Until the autumn offerings kick in, you can still sample the latest collab between chef Kevin Lasko and artist Janine Antoni, "In and On," featuring dishes that have the same ingredients as accompanying body products—meaning you're eating food you can put on your skin and in your mouth. New York 1 interviewed Antoni, who used a coffee scrub to cure the hamachi fish appetizer and made the tile fish main course out of a lavender soak. Watch the New York 1 video here, or just try to work your Bath & Body Works hand cream into your next salad dressing.
