Tell us a little about what you do at Pandora.
Carolyn: "I work in design supporting Pandora's Sales department. I create and edit ads for web and mobile devices, making sure that everything works within our system. I also help out with special projects for our internal teams such as an employee photo wall that displays magnets of our staff members from all of our offices. The most exciting part of my job is creating whiteboard art for acoustic performances we host on our 15th floor every week. At the Whiteboard Sessions, I draw pieces specific to the artists who visit us that display the band name and some visual element that conveys their musical style."

What do you love most about working at Pandora?
Carolyn: "The people and the office culture. Everybody is open, incredibly intelligent, and willing to share information with one another. I love talking to my friends who are in different departments about the projects they're working on to understand how everything fits into the puzzle that makes our product great. Everybody is really inspired and passionate about what they do and it makes me excited to come to work! At Pandora, I feel I'm appreciated for being myself."

How would you describe your style?
Carolyn: "I would say I have kind of an earthy-Euro style. I keep things simple with solid colors but like to add some personality through accent pieces like patterned scarves and jewelry. I really love boots and brown leather. I buy clothes that fit me well and are comfortable!"

What's your go-to work outfit?
Carolyn:"Black pants, ankle boots, and some sort of embroidered solid-colored shirt or sweater accented with gold jewelry."
