And We Love...Aussie Designer Arnsdorf's Take on Ice-Skaters & Parachuters

Here at R29, we sure do love our Aussie designers. One in particular that continues on our radar is Jade Sarita Arnott of Arnsdorf, who, in just two short years has transformed from a typical Australian fashion grad to a designer to watch. And her latest collection, aptly named And You Love, is definitely something to pine for. Focusing on "the idea of moving forward and the pursuit of considered danger," Arnott draws inspiration from the uniforms of ice-skaters and parachuters. Sheer panels and cut-out shapes in silk mesh, silk georgette, and sand-washed silks co-mingle with parachute strings woven through dresses in organic linen. "I'm quite conscious when designing about making a positive experience for the customer, from the feel of lining to an incredibly flattering cut."
