Stuck In A Workout Rut? Check This Out

2
This is the time of the year when going to the gym can be, well, kind of annoying. Classes are jam-packed beyond capacity, and it's like a Western duel trying to get the next available treadmill — not cool. While we can't get rid of all the "resolutioners," we can offer you a suggestion that just might change the way you're working out — if not where.

On Your Mark Coaching + Training is offering a "One and Done" program for its new members. For just $160, you can get a single-use, no commitment personal training session that consists of a 30-minute goal-setting consultation, a 30-minute fitness assessment to see where you're at physically, and a 30-minute personalized workout, all conducted by one of the co-owners and Nike trainers, Emily Hutchins and Annette Fiscelli, or sport specialist, Dr. Brittaney.
But seriously, even though we think you are going to totally dig OYM (you'll get a free week of classes so you can decide for yourself), we promise you're not signing up for a harassing sales pitch. At the very least, take your newfound inspiration to get back on track, or simply get a new workout you can do solo. So, don't waste another minute — unless you prefer waiting in line for your turn on the elliptical trainer. Sign up here or give the OYM gals a jingle.
