Upper Sweet Side—Sweet, sweet fantasy baby...Okay, we're still on the Mariah Carey kick, but for real, this U.E.S. retreat is luxury, personified. The whole shebang went under a massive renovation a year ago, meaning while it retains the best of the original Beaux Arts building, there's a fresh, intimate luxury that even Chuck Bass would have to stop and sink into. Props to the spa, dining heaven at Café Boulud, 600-square-foot plus standard rooms (!), a private roof top garden, and the surprisingly sexy Bar Pleiades, where a Blackberry Mint Margarita will fortify you for that long trip upstairs.
