AntiGravity Yoga At Om Factory

Yoga improves flexibility, increases strength and reduces stress, but if you seek greater challenges for your overall holistic well-being, kick up your practice aerially and utilize the balance you have learned in traditional yoga while suspended in the air. Learn how to fly and control your body while defying gravity, and reap the benefits of better alignment, cardiovascular exercise, and spiritual enlightenment. Classes at all levels are available, as well as occasional workshops and master classes for the advanced yogi or yogini.
Classes are offered at least twice daily throughout the week and once each weekend day, $15 for each 60-minute class and $18 for 75-minute+ class, $35 for a New Student One-Week Unlimited Trail pass.
