And, now, Boqueria highlights the warm flavors of fall with its take on a classic apple tart: the Tarta de Manzana, a flaky puff pastry decorated with slivers of Granny Smith apples, a scoop of almond ice cream, caramel sauce, and a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
