Spending hours climbing stairs that never take us anywhere? No, thanks. We're all about finding new ways to make fitness fun, which is why we teamed up with Nike to create a totally immersive, one-of-a-kind wellness experience. Nike Training Club exists to motivate movers and shakers like us to push our limits, and NTC Tour L.A. brings all the most exciting elements of training to sunny Santa Monica.

Saturday, March 15, is when the magic happens. The Epic NTC workout will be led by master Nike trainers in a studio with a capacity of 1,000 — hence the term "epic." During each of the three breakout sessions, we'll choose from a selection of classes including Flywheel, Barre3, Barry's Bootcamp, Exhale Yoga, and more. With this many fitness classes to choose from, we're bound to find one that moves us (See what we did there?). Then, we'll memorialize our trip by striking a fit silly pose with our new workout buddies in the R29 photo booth and taking home a custom flip book.
When our bodies are (inevitably) spent, we'll cool down at one of the panels, hosted by R29's own wellness editor, Kelly Bourdet. Kelly will talk fitness hot topics with two-time Olympic gold medalist Gabby Douglas, Notre Dame's basketball superstar Skylar Diggins (she's the school's all-time scoring leader), and actress Jamie Chung.
From Saturday's exclusive workout experiences and celebrity powwows to Friday night's shopping parties (hello, sexy new sports bra) and exploring Santa Monica, this trip is a killer way to jump-start our spring fitness routine.
