What's it like working for Scott?
"Scott's the smartest and most creative person I've ever met — a rare combination, right? He's also the hardest working. My parents thought I was a little nuts leaving my previous job at Current TV for a fashion brand that, at the time, only consisted of Scott. But the moment I met him, I knew we were going to go places. I just had that trust in him, and still do.  Our relationship is as good as it gets. We're very respectful of each other, but at the same time feel comfortable enough to challenge one another. He's also a really fun person to brainstorm with — you'll start somewhere, inevitably have a huge laugh about something, and end up with a brilliant idea, or at least a really fun one."
