Tip 3, Create A Signature Cocktail: "I suggest you prepare your bar menu far enough in advance to gather all of the ingredients. I love the idea of having guests create their own cocktails, so I set the bar with gold trays filled with yummy items like rock-candy lollipops and Tootsie Roll logs to use for stirring. Right before your guests arrive, use a large, round glass bowl filled with ice to chill the booze. Below are three simple drink recipes that'll impress everyone."

Caliche Cali Kiss
1 1/2 oz Caliche Rum
3/4 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liquor
1/2 a lemon, cut in quarters
1 oz chilled Prosecco (or any dry sparkling wine)
In a mixing glass, muddle the lemon, Caliche Rum, and elderflower liqueur. Fill with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into an ice-filled flute and top with sparkling wine.

Tootsie Roll Grey Goose Martini
6 part Grey Goose Vodka
1 part Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
1 part Grand Marnier
Tootsie Roll log for stirrer

Mint and Key Lime Gimlet
2 gallons simple syrup with 1/2 gallon chopped mint
1 gallon lemon juice
Allow this base to stew for a few days. Strain, then shake with Grey Goose Original Vodka and finish it with a splash of sparkling water garnished with fresh mint over ice.

Tip 4, Be Safe: "Don’t drink too much. You don’t want to wake up the next day and start the new year on a bad note. Feel good and do something nice for yourself!"
