The pantsuit is the sartorial equivalent of a punchline. It's unflattering and unoriginal, and often signifies a less-than-inspiring office-drone existence. It's the antithesis to personal style, and the symbol of clothign as a uniform, rather than a form of expression. That is, unless you ask this group of women.
