Forgive us for what we're about to do — but if you haven't yet been to Charming Charlie, you're about to become a full-fledged addict. This packed-to-the-brim accessories shop is part of a national chain, but the National Harbor outpost is the closest one to the District. Focusing primarily on jewelry, scarves, bags, and shoes, this color-coded paradise is worth the trip in itself. Oh, and prices are ultra-affordable — as in, must-have earrings for $5 a pop.
