Dip just the very end of your bobby pin in Sapphire Siren and lay a dot on the inner edge of the larger semicircle. You might want to practice this on paper before you start on the nail — but either way, start your arc of dots at the middle of the nail and work your way toward the edges on each side trying to replicate the size of the first dot each time. Tough stuff, but with a little bit of concentration and patience, you'll get there.
