Again, pour just a little bit of the Pink Shock onto your waxed paper, and lightly dip a piece of clean sponge into it. Using your tweezers, dab at the point where the yellow meets the Onyx Rush, using a new sponge for each finger. Allow yourself to overlap onto the black — it helps perfect the ombre effect and we're going to cover it up with the next step anyways.
