How To Wear Neon And Graphic Prints Without Looking Crazy

I have to admit, even as a style blogger, I’ve always found prints to be a little bit intimidating. So, I naturally gravitated to the basics — a great blazer, a little navy dress, and nude heels were my "safe" go-tos since they're so easy to mix and match.

But as time went on, I’ve gotten a little bit more adventurous and have started to dabble with prints and patterns, like this neon graphic shift dress. There's a lot going on in this dress, with multiple neon colors, different patterns, and even an asymmetrical hem.

Since this dress is borderline outrageous, I kept the rest of my outfit classic and simple. Neutral pieces like a black blazer, a great leather jacket, or this brown, leather cross-body bag are easy throw-on pieces that let the print shine.

No outfit is complete without some baubles. I went with a necklace and bracelet set that has blue gems to echo the blue in the dress without looking too busy.
