The overalls trend is one of my favorites this season. They're super-versatile and oh-so-perfect for summery days and weekend excursions. But mostly, I love the way they remind me of my engineer-striped OshKosh B'gosh overalls complete with holes in the knees.
The only problem? The adult versions can cost you. Reader Sarah N. asks, "Overalls are pretty much my favorite summer trend, but where can I find a nice pair for less than $70? And any suggestions on how to wear them?"
While overalls might seem a bit tricky to pull off, there are a few ways you can balance out this playful style. The key is to find a good proportion and fit. An overly baggy pair could drown a petite frame, while others might run a bit short on the rise and create an uncomfortable situation for leggy girls. So, to make the search that much easier, I've rounded up a few of my favorite pairs that won't break the bank.
Once finding a great fit, it's all about mixing and matching with a simple T-shirt, cute collared blouses, or crop tops.
