Little known fact: I was given my first prescription for glasses at 12 years old. But, no one would have known, because I tucked that embarrassing pair of wire frames in the front pocket of my backpack and left them there even though I couldn't see the board at school. When I finally came to terms with my four-eyes reality, I got a pair of vintage, baby blue, cat-eye specs replete with rhinestones — that promptly broke in half. Nowadays, if I do wear specs, they're not covered in rhinestones, but they're still just as fabulous. I've rounded up my favorite statement-making frames that are anything but bookish, ahead.
