A couple of important things to remember when it comes to candles: skip the fragrant candles during dinner parties and wine tastings to avoid sensory overload for your guests, and second, make sure you write down somewhere exactly how many candles you have lit so that when your guests head home you can get each candle blown out before you go to bed!"
