Okay, so this hasn't exactly been a hardcore winter so far — any longtime Washingtonian knows that things really get dire in January and February. But if you've already exhausted your winter wardrobe and just can't wait to go bare-legged again, you'll be stoked to see the ethereal spring '13 lookbook from Miri, helmed by local designer Mera Anwar.
The Parsons grad and J.Crew vet is already one of our favorite local talents, and for spring, she has filled her collection with floaty neutral frocks, ladylike separates, and tons of lace.
