Peek Inside The Webster's Main Man's Waterfront Pad
John Lin is Miami. While that might feel like a bit of hyperbole, just hear us out: As the Head of Communications for the store that has firmly positioned Miami as a fashion heavyweight, John Lin is responsible for the buzz The Webster seems to never stop enjoying. Which is quite a lot these days— the store just received incredible accolades for the Miami-influenced Target collection, and is constantly launching all sorts of exclusives with the likes of Proenza Schouler and BLK DNM, and is even expanding further with some of the best e-commerce shopping our computer screens have landed upon. And, right in the middle of all the action is, you guessed it, Mr. Lin.
So, when we got the opportunity to check out John's very own waterfront space, we knew we were in for a treat. We weren't wrong, either — his apartment is decked out from floor to ceiling with bold work from local artists, quirky design items, and all the stories — either from his jetsetting days in Paris, his New York fashion stint, or his in-the-know Miami lifestyle — behind the loot. Check out his killer crib and get the scoop on his favorite secret spots, where he gets his incredible design furniture, and his inimitable style — and, of course, what it's like working at our favorite store, too.

Peep A Rising Art Star's Miami Studio (And Covetable Closet!)
Like the elegant and exotic women in her paintings, Miami artist Talia Rodriguez has style and beauty we can’t help but covet. Born and raised in the 305, her roots stem from a Colombian-Cuban heritage that seeps into her paintings, supplying those vibrant colors in her work. Walking through her home near The Falls, we were immediately taken by her style—a potent mixture of island bohemian and European nomad, with just a dash of Miami nights. Like her work, her aesthetic is ever evolving, tailoring itself to the situation at hand, whether it be paint-splattered dresses for teaching art classes or bright pieces for a busy day running around to the galleries. To grab some inspiration on and off the canvas, we rummaged through her studio and closet, and chatted with her about Miami's art scene, influences, and browsing haunts. Pretty picture, indeed.

Miami's Freshest Shoe Designer Lets Us Into His Sweet Sunset Island Casa
When we first spotted Matthew Chevallard, our once-over lingered particularly long on his camo slippers —they were badass, elegant, and just so good. Since then, we've learned he's the dude behind Del Toro, a line of shoes — oxfords, espadrilles, and wing tips — that have started popping up in droves on the toes of editors and A-listers alike. So, we were mega amped when the super laid-back designer (we're talking Judd Apatow movie laid-back), let us into his cluttered-cool Sunset Island home for a chill hang. Look for bright colors, collectable sneaks, and one happening desk in our exclusive pics of his bachelor pad, plus a golden lab and a white German shepherd that will make you go aww. Did we mention he makes custom pairs? Yeah, man. We'll send you a pic when ours come in. Do the same, won't you?
