Why not use the Miami Spice specials as an excuse to try out a new restaurant? Bloom in Wynwood is barely a month old and the baby of the Miami Spice participants. This indoor/outdoor space in Wynwood focuses on celebrating local market- and street-food favorites from around the world. On the Spice menu, you’ll find Peruvian inspiration by way of Sockeye Salmon Tiradito, a Mexican Korean fusion in Tuna Yuke Seaweed Tacos, and Korean BBQ Short Rib Arepas. Trying out a new restaurant is always a gamble, and this one is brand spankin’, but the menu is thoughtful and tasty — and they have a tequila beet juice or lychee chilli pepper drink that can help put any missteps behind you.
