Slip into a Grecian-inspired summer maxi, a pair of well-worn leather gladiators, and head over to Egg & Dart for your Miami Spice reservation. We love a good excuse to dress thematically and eat traditional rustic Greek food with lots of syllables in the name (think: Galactobourico). The duo behind Egg & Dart cut their teeth between Maria’s on Coral Way and the Sea Satin Market of Mykonos, and literally have a Greek mama on call in the kitchen. Start with an Egg & Dart Fizz, a cocktail of gin, egg whites, lemon, sweet cream, and Hum liqueur with a powdered sugar rim and work your way into its Spice menu, which is full of traditional favorites the way they were made back on the isles.
