The Miami Spice menu at Edge Steak & Bar at the Four Seasons reads simple: For starters, gazpacho, egg, tartare. A main is a straightforward snapper, ribs, beef, or chicken. There are, of course, some additional offerings, but we dig the simplicity, because reading and deciding on all these fancy Spice menus can be taxing, not only to our waistlines, but eating so much is exhausting! So, reserve a table on the terrace if it’s an evening with tolerable weather, a seat in the dining room for a Four Seasons-gets-hip vibe, or cozy up to the bar to watch the bartenders mixologists do their thing.
