Where's your favorite place to hang out?
Soho Beach House is wonderful for so many reasons. I also spend a lot of time at my friends' houses in Palm Beach. The beach outside of my front door is pretty convenient and I love to visit my family's ranch in the Midwest.

What do you look for in a significant other, but they male or female? 
Besides beauty what matters most to me is a woman's integrity, her maturity, her ability to feel free, romantic, and happy with me. To me, I have to see the potential for a lasting romance and bond. I'm not interested in anything else.

What is one thing that most of your pals don't know?
I'm a self-made man — I built my company and I wasn't handed anything. I've had struggles and made sacrifices but those experiences have made me into a very strong and very mature person at a young age.
