Clarabelle's Cupcakes & Other Creations

Clarabelle's is making life easier for the lactose intolerant, baking all its confections without dairy and with a kosher-conscious mind. Clarabelle's creations are mobile, as well, spreading simplistic joys around Miami in its all-pink food truck. To ante up its liquor labels, the shop occasionally throws a Friday "Cupcake Happy Hour" with discounts on its cocktail-inspired selections. We don't know about you, but we'd skip the post-work bar scene for those spiked-sugar bites.

Cupcake: Mint Mojito
Alcohol of Choice: Bacardi Rum
Makeup: That classic mix of tingly mint and sparkling water gets a twist à la lime-rum frosting.
Price tag: Minis are $1 each, and large size is $2.50.
