Giorgio Rapicavoli, The Eating House

When we asked our friends about the cutest and coolest chefs in Miami, almost every gal replied, "Have you ever seen the chef at The Eating House?" Giorgio Rapicavoli isn't just the culinary talent behind the new pop-up, but also the DJ, and sometimes even the artist hanging on the walls. Beside a passion for food, art, and music Rapicavoli is a true up-and-comer. At 26, he already passed up an opportunity to move to New York to become a chef de cuisine, choosing to stay home and take over the 305 with The Eating House. (The city's females breath a sigh of relief.)
