After a stint in New York City and moonlighting as a consultant on Gordon Ramsay's explosive Kitchen Nightmares, Danny Serfer moved back to his hometown of Miami to open his own place — the carnivore and veggie-friendly (seriously, he's got a rotating list of 20 vegetables at all times) Blue Collar Restaurant.
