Josh Marcus, Josh's Deli

After opening Chow Down Grill, East Coast-born Josh Marcus decided to pursue his passion: really good deli food. "I wanted to open my own restaurant because I felt that if I was going to be overworked and underpaid, I might as well do it for myself," he explains, with a bit of East Coat snark. He also jokes that he moved from New York to San Juan, because it was too cold in New York, and then again from San Juan to Hawaii — because that was too cold. A cutie with a sense of humor rules, but sorry ladies, Josh is engaged. (Cue the awwws!)
