
Chef Bradley Herron, Michael's Genuine Food & Drink
A 24-year-old chef de cuisine is virtually unheard of, especially in the world where experience — and a hefty résumé — majorly count. But, Herron has been in kitchens since he was 13, so when the bright-eyed 24-year-old joined Michael's Genuine Food & Drink, it took him a mere three months to get promoted to the man in charge (behind the namesake, of course). Three years later, Herron is continuing his tutelage under the James Beard-award winning chef. While he is a consummate professional, we must admit: We love Bradley's ink and piercings. Sorry to say, ladies, but Brad is expecting his first child. Not bad for not even being three decades in!
