When a indie boutique hits the five-year mark, it's something to boast about. But staying in business — and staying on top — for 20 years is a whole other milestone altogether. And that's exactly what consistently covetable Union Square store Metier is celebrating this Friday, October 21st, along with the launch of its e-commerce site, which is live now! In addition to free-flowing champagne (hand-picked by Bar Jules' Jessica Boncutter), hors d'oeuvres by El Porteno, utterly delectable Dynamo Donuts, birthday cake, and gift bags for the first 50 guests, there'll also be a raffle for some uber-fab Metier merch, and a photo contest, which ends today (find out how to enter here!). We'll be there with bells on and confetti bursting out of our pockets. We suggest you do the same.
