Textile production and export is a huge part of Colombian industry. Inexmoda, an industry leader hosts its own Fashion Week called Colombiamoda. Additionally, every spring, it also hosts an annual trade show called Colombiatex, displaying innovations in the field. This year, I got to join the thousands of international buyers, vendors, and journalists checking out this huge event featuring mini-runway shows, fabric and clothing samples galore, and production demos.
