Marc Jacobs will received the CFDA's Geoffrey Beene Lifetime Achievement award next Monday, and no one can deny that he deserves it. Although, it seems that along with his limitless talent, his solid craftsmanship, and his celebrity-like demeanor, he also credits his successes to a whole lot of hard work. While the rest of us were lying supine somewhere this weekend, he revealed to WWD that he isn't really one for Memorial Day plans. “I don’t think I’ve had a Memorial Day off in 30 years.
