Does This MJ Perfume Ad "Sexualize Children," Or Is Everyone Overreacting?

LOLA
Prodigal actress and occasional style star Dakota Fanning has gotten mixed up in a semi-messy situation with the British Advertising Standards Authority. The BASA is banning a recent Marc Jacob's ad for the "Oh, Lola!" fragrance, claiming the star is featured in a manner that could suggest sexualizing a child: "We understood the model was 17 years old but we considered she looked under the age of 16. We considered that the length of her dress, her leg, and position of the perfume bottle drew attention to her sexuality. Because of that, along with her appearance, we considered the ad could be seen to sexualize a child."

While Marc Jacob's ads do often contain elements of suggestive seduction, we think this is quite sweet and ethereal; not at all offensive. This seems more like a talented actress being a kick-ass model. What do you think? Is there a little too much Lolita action here? Does the positioning of the fragrance bottle disturb you? Or is the BAFA being a big baby? (via MTV Style)
