From Cocktails To Facials: What To Do With Leftover Mangoes

Mango Salsa from the International Mango Festival
Ingredients:
2 large mangoes, diced
1 inch piece ginger, grated
½ cup cilantro
½ large purple onion
2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely diced
1 dash salt
Lime juice to taste
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients. Serve with corn chips.
Why It's Awesome:
Um, salty, spicy, and sweet, together at last. Yeah, we're drooling, too.
