The Royal Batida, by Gabe Orta, bartender at Bar Lab
2 ounces Atlantico Rum
1 ounce Mandarine Napoléon
5 to 6 chunks of fresh mango
1/2 ounce mango nectar
2 mint leaves
1/2 ounce coconut syrup
Garnish: mint sprig/mango slice
Add all ingredients into a blender, then add ice and blend. Serve into a highball glass and garnish.
Why It's Awesome:
When in doubt, put alcohol in it. Not only is this a helping of fruit, but a cocktail, as well.
