Mandy Moore balances pretty and edgy in at Billy Reid's spring '13 runway show.

"We really believed in BLUE here! The wooly skirt had a ladylike mood, so we offset it with a holey white tee and a blue biker. The barely-there sandals worked so well here to not distract with another bold element."
