Aqua liner is one of the big reasons we look forward to warmer weather — there's something almost cruel about rocking Caribbean teal on your face when it's blizzarding out. So we are all kinds of excited to reintroduce turquoise back into our beauty rotation. We'll definitely be taking a page out of Eva Mendes' book and trying this under-eye liner trick, post haste.
